Cómo activar SINPE Móvil en el BN

A

Ruta automática (Cuenta Simplificada)

Al abrir la cuenta en la sucursal, el BN afilia su número a SINPE Móvil en ese mismo momento (salvo que su número ya esté afiliado en otra entidad — en ese caso primero desafíliela allá). Sale de la sucursal listo para cobrar.

Ruta por la app BN Móvil (cuentas existentes)

1. Descargue BN Móvil y entre con su usuario de BN Internet Banking.
2. Menú → SINPE Móvil → Afiliar número.
3. Elija su cuenta en colones y confirme su número de celular.
4. Confirme con el código que le llega por SMS. ⏱️ Normalmente inmediato.

Ruta en ventanilla

Cualquier sucursal del BN puede afiliar, cambiar o desafiliar su número con su documento de identidad. Útil si cambió de teléfono o el número quedó "pegado" en otro banco.

Consejos Pavones

  • Las sucursales útiles desde Pavones: Golfito y Ciudad Neily. Vaya temprano y con paciencia — y con TODOS los documentos.

How to activate SINPE Móvil at BN

A

Automatic route (Simplified Account)

When you open the account at the branch, BN affiliates your number to SINPE Móvil right then (unless your number is already affiliated at another institution — de-affiliate there first). You walk out ready to get paid.

App route (existing accounts) — BN Móvil

1. Download BN Móvil and sign in with your BN Internet Banking user.
2. Menu → SINPE Móvil → Affiliate number.
3. Choose your colones account and confirm your cell number.
4. Confirm with the SMS code. ⏱️ Usually immediate.

C

Teller route

Any BN branch can affiliate, change, or de-affiliate your number with your ID. Useful if you changed phones or your number is "stuck" at another bank.
